How do you ensure the freshness of tropical fruits during shipping?
We hand-select each piece of fruit at its optimal ripeness and use specialized insulated packaging and expedited shipping methods to ensure your order arrives fresh and ready to enjoy.
What is your policy if my order arrives damaged?
We take great pride in our quality. If your fruit or gourmet items arrive damaged, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of delivery for a full replacement or refund.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship our fresh produce and gourmet products within the United States due to strict agricultural regulations regarding tropical fruits.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Yes, as soon as your order is processed and leaves our farm, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery status.
Are your products organic?
While we are not a certified organic farm, we practice sustainable farming methods and prioritize natural ripening processes to provide the highest quality and best-tasting produce possible.
